This is not a duplicate FOIA Request. We received no responsive documents due to the fact that we submitted the FOIA request too soon in regards to the majority of our request. We believe the documents for reimbursement should have been processed by now, and the reimbursements should be complete.

At the MMA Conference on January 24-25th, 2020, it came to our attention that at least three members of city leadership stayed at the Sheraton Boston Hotel starting on January 24.
The individuals we believe stayed at the hotel are Thatcher Kezer, Mary Ellen Kelley, and Jenn Pratt.
1) We are looking for documentation of reimbursement paid, or forms requesting reimbursement submitted by Thatcher Kezer, Mary Ellen Kelley, and Jenn Pratt for this hotel stay. Additionally we are requesting documentation any other expenses submitted for reimbursement for these individuals during the general conference period (1/24/2020-1/26/2020) including but not limited to, meals, ground transportation, tolls, parking, etc. If available we would like the “Conference and Out of State Travel Expense Record”, if completed, AND any other responsive documents.
2) We are looking for documentation of reimbursement paid, or forms requesting submitted by Mayor Spicer during the general conference period (1/24/2020-1/26/2020) including but not limited to, hotel, meals, ground transportation, tolls, parking, etc. If available we would like the “Conference and Out of State Travel Expense Record”, if completed,, AND any other responsive documents.
3) We are requesting the documentation of net-pay paid out as part of payroll (i.e. paycheck amount) for the weeks inclusive of 1/18/2020 and 3/5/2020. The responsive documents should yield a list of pay periods and pay amounts one per employee. This we are requesting for Mayor Spicer, Thatcher Kezer, Mary Ellen Kelley, and Jennifer Pratt. If no responsive documents exist, please send redacted pay stubs, removing address, bank account numbers, social security numbers, and home address.
