1) We are seeking a list of all current custodians and maintenance staff covered under the Unit C contract which includes the date of initial hire.
2) We are seeking a list of any Unit C staff who received a promotion, the old job title and new job title, and the date of promotion.
3) we are looking for any grievances filed by custodians, in regards to promotions, including but not limited to ones filed by Ray Crowley from 1/1/2019-present. We would like a copy of the complaint, documentation on the dates received and acted upon, and any documentation of the result of the grievance being filed.
4) We are looking for any emails between sent or received by Matthew Torti containing the word "grievance", and sent between 1/1/2019 and present.
