We are looking for two pieces of information brought up in the 2/11/2020 board of health meeting. 1)      During the directors report, there was a going through of recent inspections.  Please provide the reports that were looked through by the board in that meeting. 2)      Please provide the contract between the city and Beth Grossman as she is an independent contractor working to fill a maternity leave.  Additionally, please provide the pay system, any bills submitted by her, proof of any pay paid out to her, and any emails between her and any member of the health department between 1/1/2020 and now. Please see attached as requested.
