We are looking for all documentation related to a training/class in West Virginia that three officers attended on “Protective Driving with Dignitaries/VIP Persons”. We are still working to get the exact name of the course and location of the course, but perhaps you will be able to figure out exactly what we are looking for.
The attendees were Wareham, Blass, and Strange.
The documents we are looking for are the following, necessary redactions are acceptable:
-Any Documentation of the Price of the Class
-Any Documentation of payment for the class
-All Police or City Paid Travel Expenses or Reimbursement of Such Expenses for this training, including Transportation, Lodging, and Food. Please include itemization of expenses.
-Any Documentation of successful completion of the class.
-Any documentation on the rationale for the necessity for these three officers to complete this class
-Documentation of time card/hours worked for those three officers during the dates of that class
