1) Please provide the current ordinance being used the active in regards to City Vehicles Assigned to Individual Employees. It should read along the lines of “All employees who are authorized to use a municipal vehicle for transportation between their place of residence and the place at which such employee’s duties….” The text is from an older version of the ordinance which I seek the current version of.
2) The current version and past versions of this ordinance indicate persons who are issued vehicles for use are to reimburse the city for the cost of operation for each mile travelled over 10 each way between their home and work site. It goes on to state that the CFO from time to time will establish the applicable reimbursement rate and shall establish such reporting requirements as may be necessary to secure such reimbursement. What is the current reimbursement rate per mile? What is the history of rates per mile since 1/1/2018?
3) Please Provide a List of all City Employees who have been assigned a City Vehicle.
4) Please Provide a List of all City Employees with a City Owned Vehicle issued to them who have reported that they live more than 10 miles from their work site.
5) Please provide a documentation of miles driven by Daniel Nau in his city vehicle since 1/1/2018.
6) Please provide documentation of payments made to city for reimbursement of mileage as described in item 2 above by or on behalf of employee Daniel Nau since 1/1/2018.
7) Please provide a documentation of miles driven by Steven Trask in his city vehicle since 1/1/2018.
