All Emails sent by Mayor Spicer between December 22 2019 and December 30 2019 Enclosed are the records responsive to your request.   Please note that an email exchange between 12/17/19 and 12/26/19 between Mayor Spicer and Chris Petrini, the City Solicitor, is responsive to your request but was withheld from this response under the common law attorney-client privilege recognized in Suffolk Construction v. DCAM, 449 Mass. 444 (2007).  The email exchange was for the purpose of providing legal advice regarding a response to a public records request.  The communication was made in confidence for purposes of giving legal advice, and the privilege as to that email has not been waived.   You have a right to appeal this response to the Supervisor of Public Records or to file an action in Superior Court pursuant to G.L. c. 66, s. 10A.
