I'm writing to request a copy of the 2016 settlement that resolved the federal lawsuit brought by the family of Eurie Stamps, Sr., who was accidentally shot and killed by police in 2011. The settlement is described in this news report: https://www.metrowestdailynews.com/news/20160904/framingham-settles-lawsuit-in-stamps-case I am requesting this record for a research project on policy changes made as a result of accidental firearm discharges during police operations.
