Hello, I would like a copy of the Capital budget committee meeting on October 11th, 2016 at 7:30 PM. Many of this committee's meetings are missing and only drafts for others. At this time I am only requesting the minutes in draft form or final along with any presentation materials and documents provided by presenters. Thank you Dear Mr. Sullivan:   I have been researching your request, and after diligent efforts, I can offer you the following:    Copy of the Agenda – Capital Budget Committee Meeting for October 11, 2016 at 7:30 p.m.     Presentation materials, Matt Torti, School Department .    Presentations materials, James Snyder, Park and Rec Director.   Notes from Richard Weader, Clerk of the Capital Budget Committee., which would have been put into a “Draft of Minutes of October 11, 2016 Meeting.
