Last night at the City Council, appointment subcommittee chair Cheryl Tully Stoll said city attorney Chris Petrini had issued a memo that the City Council does not have authority to approve or reject mayoral appointments to the Cable Advisory Committee. I am requesting a copy of that memo. As it has already been produced, this request should not take the minimum 10 day response. Please email a copy of that memo. Please see attached memo from Chris Petrini to the City Council Appointment Subcommittee regarding approval of appointments made to the Cable Advisory Committee.
