The press release from the City of Framingham announcing the Mayor's choices for ZBA references a committee and its recommendations. "After a complete review of applications and conducting interviews from a pool of eleven (11) candidates, consisting of two (2) female and nine (9) males representing Districts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7; Mayor Yvonne M. Spicer has selected seven (7) applicants for three (3) full time members and four (4) associate members for the Framingham Zoning Board of Appeals. Applicants are required to live in Framingham, have a background that demonstrates experience in land use compliance and regulation, urban policy, and an understanding of zoning. The candidates were interviewed by municipal representatives from the Inspectional Services, Community and Economic Development, Zoning Board of Appeals and Planning Board, as well as a representative from Human Resources. Based upon the recommendations of the ad hoc interview committee, Mayor Spicer is making the following recommendations to the City Council" I am requesting a copy of the committee's recommendations to the Mayor or the HR Director. I am also seeking all emails from the committee on the interview process that referenced any of the applicants or made reference to candidates to move forward. I will take the records electronically.
