Afternoon, I am requesting copies of the conflict statements filed by the Zoning Board of Appeals, License Commission, Traffic Commission, and Planning Board members filed with the Mayor's office in 2018. I have already received copies of the conflict statements filed by elected leaders from the City Clerk's office. If there are none filed with your office for the Commissions or Board above, you can just reply that there are none. Thanks Susan The only Disclosure As Required by G.L.c. 268A, sec. 23 (b) (3) that has been filed to date with the Mayor's office in 2018 is for Mr. Philip Ottaviani which is attached. There are no other disclosures or conflict of interest statements on file with the Mayor's Office.
