Hello!
This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:
Voter extracts:
1) A list of the people who voted in each election over the past five years.
2) A list of current registered voters.
3) If possible, a list of voters registered to vote at the time of each of the elections over the past five years. (ex: the people registered to vote during the Nov. 2016 Presidential election might not be the same as the current list of registered voters.)
If you need more information from me to complete my request, or if you are unable to provide any of the above information, please contact me at abosma@wickedlocal.com.
I would like electronic copies of these records emailed to me at abosma@wickedlocal.com. I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee estimate.
The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 calendar days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.
