This is a request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10) and MGL - C 268 6A, 268A:19 & 268A:24. I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:
1) All filed written descriptions under 286A: 6A Conflict of Interest Reporting requirement by public official from all ZBA board members from 2014 - 2018 YTD
2) Any and all filings (and subsequent written approvals/denials/responses by the appropriate town/city body that was responsible for the appointment to the respective position - selectman/council) pertaining to or by any ZBA Board Member from 2014 - 2018 YTD to report participation in any event brought before the board where the member is subject to 268A:17 reporting & approval requirements.
3) Any and all fillings, disclosures for all ZBA Board Members (2014 - 2018YTD) and subsequent written approvals/denials/formal responses by the authorized town/city authority under 268A:19 to report a financial interest in a particular matter pertaining to their participation in a particular matter the Board Member, their immediate family or partner, a business organization in which he is serving as officer, director, trustee, partner or employee, or any person or organization with whom they are involved has a financial interest. Please also indicate if the Board Member recused themselves from participating, commenting or voting on any such matter.
I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee estimate.
The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 calendar days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing.
