Summary

Under the freedom of information act, Framingham Source is requesting the separation agreement executed by former Town Manager Robert Halpin with former assistant town manager James Duane in December 2017. Framingham Source is also requesting the agreement signed by Framingham Selectmen in 2017, to extend Halpin's contract with the muncipality through June 30, 2018. Selectmen said the contract would make the former town manager a special advisor to the mayor of the city of Framingham. Electronic copies are preferred, but if not I can stop into the Memorial Bilding to pick up a paper copy. The separation agreement and the contact extension are attached.
