Summary

Pursuant to the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10), I write torequest access to and copies of time card and/or attendance records in the custody of the town or the police department for employee Brian Simoneau for calendar years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 (through the present date).  For reference, please find attached an example of time card and/or attendance records I received from the town in August in response to a similar request. I ask to receive the time card and/or attendance records for the periods stipulated above in the same format.  As provided by the Public Records Law, I will expect your response within 10 days. If you choose to deny this request, please provide a written explanation for the denial including a reference to the specific statutory exemption(s) upon which you rely. Also, please provide all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material. The information that was requested is Maintained in the Police Department.
