Chapter 66, Section 10), I write to request access to and copies of time card and/or attendance records in the custody of the town or the police department for employee Brian Simoneau for the seven-day periods that begin and end with the following dates: The week of Monday, March 3, 2014 through Sunday, March 9, 2014 The week of Monday, Dec. 3, 2012 through Sunday, Dec. 9, 2012 The week of Monday, Oct. 8, 2012 through Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012 The week of Monday, Sept. 10, 2012 through Sunday, Sept. 16, 2012 The week of Monday, Aug. 6, 2012 through Sunday, Aug. 12, 2012 The week of Monday, June 25, 2012 through Sunday, July 1, 2012 The week of Monday, June 4, 2012 through Sunday, June 12, 2012 The week of Sept. 5, 2011 through Sunday, Sept. 11, 2011 The week of August 30, 2010 through Sept. 5, 2010 For reference, please find attached records I received from the town in response to a similar request. I asked to receive the time care and/or attendance records for the periods stipulated above in a substantially similar format. As provided by the Public Records Law, I will expect your response within 10 days. If you choose to deny this request, please provide a written explanation for the denial including a reference to the specific statutory exemption(s) upon which you rely. Also, please provide all segregable portions of otherwise exempt materials. see attachment
