I'm sorry -- I find that this tool doesn't work reliably for me.
I am a journalist, making a records request under the Massachusetts Public Records Law (M. G. L. Chapter 66, Section 10). I am requesting that I be provided a copy of the following records:
-- A 2018 or 2019 list of EPS staff, inclusive of their title, hire date, and salary if possible.
-- Any grievances filed by the Everett Teachers' Association between 6/1/2017 and 2/1/2019.
If these records are available electronically, in their native form (an Excel spreadsheet, database, etc.) I would prefer them in that way.
I understand that some records will become available sooner than others. I would like to be provided with each individual record as it becomes available.
I recognize that you may charge reasonable costs for copies, as well as for personnel time needed to comply with this request. If you expect costs to exceed $10.00, please provide a detailed fee estimate.
The Public Records Law requires you to provide me with a written response within 10 business days. If you cannot comply with my request, you are statutorily required to provide an explanation in writing. That includes citing a specific exemption explaining why any redactions are made.
