Summary

I am requesting copies of the following public records. 1.  ANY additional invoices sent to the Town by the Town's labor counsel since my last request made for legal work done in connection with the ongoing contract dispute between the Town and The Superior Officers' Union. This request shall include ANY and ALL legal work that occurred as a result of The Superior Officers' Union's actions, JLMC proceedings, DLR filings/proceedings, requests, demands and claims that have been made.  My records indicate that the last invoice I received from prior requests came from KP Law and was dated June 14, 2022.  The last invoice from Mirick O'Connell Law was dated March 10, 2020.  2.  ANY additional invoices sent to the Town by ANY legal counsel used by the Town of Chelmsford that in any way relates to work done in connection with The Superior Officer's Union's ongoing contract dispute between the Town and The Superior Officers' Union.  This request shall include ANY and ALL legal work that occurred as a result of The Superior Officers' Union's actions, JLMC proceedings, DLR filings/proceedings, requests, demands and claims that have been made.  As well as any work done in connection with any investigations that have taken place as a result.  My records indicate that the last invoice I received from  Attorney Brian Harrington for his work as the investigator hired by The Select Board to investigate Town Manager Paul Cohen and his actions surrounding this matter was dated January 21, 2020.  My records also indicate that the last invoice I received from Blatman, Bobrowski and Haverty Law was dated August 31, 2019.  3. So I am clear, ANY legal work, advice, opinions, counseling and investigative work by ANY legal firm/attorney, for any purpose related to anything regarding The Superior Officers' Union or any of its members that I have not previously received  Kindly provide this information within the time required by The Public Records Law.  Thank You, Francis J Goode Jr.,  President Chelmsford Police Superior Officers' Union.
