Please provide me with the following public records and information.
1. Any documentation or information that indicates and outlines what Paul Cohen is being compensated since 7/1/2021 when he ceased to have a contract. I am requesting information regarding all compensation including salary, and ANY and ALL other benefits that may or may not have a monetary value. Please indicate what the changes to his compensation and benefits have been since his contract expired on 6/30/21.
2. Any communications between you and any other member of the Select Board, Mr. Cohen, The Town Accountant, the Human Resources Department or any other agent of the Town regarding the status of Mr. Cohen's compensation since 7/1/2021. This shall include any communications between any of the parties or agents of the town named above that may or may not have included you.
As I am sure you are aware, Mr. Cohen did not have an "Evergreen Clause" in his previous contract nor does he have any rights or protections under MGL 150E. Due to these facts, I would hope the attorneys at both KP Law and BBH Law informed the Select Board of this and I am "puzzled" as to why it appears as though Mr. Cohen is still being compensated at the tax payer's expense.
3. Please provide me ANY and ALL communications, documents or information from either KP law or BBH Law surrounding this matter that are not considered privileged.
Please provide this information under the time frames of the public record law.

Other responsive documents in the Town’s possession include July, August, and September 2021 invoice detail reports from Blue Cross and Boston Mutual. These documents contain names and plan information of all enrolled Town employees. M.G.L. c.4, §7(26) exemption (c) permits the withholding of “personnel and medical files or information; also any other materials or data relating to a specifically named individual, the disclosure of which may constitute an unwarranted invasion of personal privacy.” Therefore, these documents are not provided.
