Select Board Chair Virginia Timmins, I am requesting copies of the following public records. Please provide me with copies of Mr. Cohen's most recent performance review by members of the Select Board which was on the agenda and discussed at the August 9th, 2021 Select Board meeting.  I am requesting each Select Board member's complete individual review which includes all numerical grades given for each category as well as their individual comments about Mr. Cohen's performance. These documents should clearly identify the name of the Board Member and the numerical grades for each category as well as any and all individual comments documented by them. Thank you for your attention to this request and please provide these documents within the time required under the Public Records Law.
