As you can see from the log that you were sent in request#2018-103, the history shows that there was a response on 10/1/2018. Neither you nor Ms. Dzuris have a record of that response as it apparently was not sent by the system. Attached is the email that Ms. Dzuris sent to the System Administrators on 10/10 asking about the problem. There was no further communication between them on the issue however the response to 2018-0092 was able to be resent to you on 10/17/2018.
