Attached is a spreadsheet of National Grid work that indicated a repair or a leak repair. We compiled a three year window (2014-2016) since no time frame was given in the request. Copies of the actual permits can be obtained, 97 in total for the three year window. Chelmsford has no specific ordinance for gas companies to report, survey for or repair gas leaks. We have no data, statistics or maps detailing leak locations. Requests for repair are indicated on the attached spreadsheet and as stated, copies of the actual permits can be provided. They have no other significant data than the spreadsheet does other than hoisting license and insurance information. This office has no record of requests made by the Town for leak repair. We have no record of any decay or destruction of trees related to gas leaks.
