Summary

Does Belmont have one or more written policies that govern what FOIA requests are made public on this site: https://belmontma.nextrequest.com/ I would like to understand better how Belmont FOIA officers determine which FOIA requests are made public and which FOIA requests are kept private.  Also, it looks like sometimes a FOIA request that is made public only releases the electronic files to the original requester, and other times the electronic files are posted on the belmontma.nextrequest.com site.  Are there any written policies that Belmont FOIA officers follow in making those decisions or are the decisions up to the FOIA officer's discretion?   Sometimes a request that was public on this site later changes to private and is no longer available.  Why are such changes made? Any written policies that govern these decisions would be appreciated.  Finally, could I receive a copy of the FOIA requests on this site that are marked private for 2020?  An example of such a request is: https://belmontma.nextrequest.com/requests/20-733 "Access to this request is currently limited."
